Engineering

The Engineering Services Division provides a variety of engineering services to our various operating divisions, city departments, public agencies and developers. The Engineering Services Division is responsible for the review, approval and inspection of all sewer and water infrastructure installed by developers. These improvements are installed by the developers at the developers’ cost under the terms of a developer's agreement.
